i prefer other orm's that allow you to organize models in multiple files, and for design i like dbdiagram.io

I have been using DbDiagram's DBML(Database Markup Language) feature for a while now, and it’s truly amazing. Instead of manually designing ER diagrams, you can simply write code in DBML, and it generates the diagrams for you. It's very efficient and saves a lot of time. If you learn the DBML syntax, you can easily create these diagrams just by typing the code. Highly recommend giving it a try!
